1) How to request help

Email contact@theexpectedvalue.com with your order number and the reason for the request. If the order arrived damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially not as described, include clear photos of the product, packaging, packing slip, and shipping label when available.

2) Cancellations before shipment

If we cancel an order before shipment because of inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill, or another issue caused by us or our systems, we will refund the order in full.

If you ask to cancel an order before shipment because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, we may approve a buyer-remorse cancellation. For approved buyer-remorse cancellations, we will refund the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee that PayPal actually retains from the original transaction.

PayPal's processing fees can vary by payment type and PayPal's then-current rate schedule. We do not add a penalty or restocking fee to an unshipped buyer-remorse cancellation, but we do not absorb PayPal processing fees that PayPal does not return to us.

3) Shipping address corrections

You are responsible for selecting or providing the correct shipping address during PayPal checkout. For security and seller-protection reasons, we ship only to the shipping address shown on the PayPal transaction or order record. We do not manually change the ship-to address by email, support message, or order note after checkout.

If you notice before shipment that the shipping address on a completed PayPal order is wrong, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise undeliverable, contact us promptly. We may cancel the order and refund the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee that PayPal actually retains from the original transaction so you can place a new order with the correct address selected during PayPal checkout.

If the PayPal transaction or order record already shows the correct shipping address, we may continue with shipment to that PayPal address. If an order has already shipped, we do not redirect the package to an address that differs from the PayPal transaction or order record. If a package is returned because the checkout address was wrong, incomplete, undeliverable, refused, or unavailable, any approved refund or reshipment may be reduced by non-refundable PayPal processing fees, original or return shipping costs, and carrier fees actually incurred.

4) After shipment

Once an order has shipped, buyer-remorse cancellations and address-change cancellations are not available. Sealed trading-card products and other collectible products are condition-sensitive, and opened, altered, tampered-with, or resealed products are not eligible for buyer-remorse return approval.

If an order is incorrect, damaged in transit, incomplete, or materially not as described, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, return, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable resolution.

5) Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method when possible. PayPal, your card issuer, or your bank controls how quickly funds appear after a refund is submitted.

Disputes, chargebacks, reversals, and PayPal buyer-protection claims may be handled under PayPal's rules, card-network rules, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

6) Shipping area

Direct-store checkout is currently limited to United States shipping addresses. Orders submitted with unsupported shipping destinations may be cancelled and refunded. If the unsupported destination comes from the buyer's selected or provided checkout address, the buyer-supplied address cancellation terms above may apply.
