Why pricing is a separate gate

Collation can qualify first

Pack recipes and hit rates are evaluated independently from the secondary-market feed.

Sold observations stay auditable

Any manual pricing needs source, date, condition, currency, treatment, sample count, and review date.

Missing value stays visible

Material unpriced probability mass blocks a calculator instead of being silently treated as zero or replaced.
